Hey sister, I'm Rosie! Back in 2008, after some challenging life transitions, I allowed worry and overwhelm to take over my life, and my faith suffered. I wandered away from God and the church. Praise be to God, in 2012, I came back to Jesus, and now, I am stronger than ever! But I didn’t do this on my own. It took a network of support from sisters who helped me to regain my faith. Through Bible study, prayer, fasting, and just spending time with Jesus daily, I was able to give my trust and my life back to the Lord, and I still do today!
In this podcast, I will help you learn about the different types of Bible study rhythms and learning styles that can work for you. I also go through Bible studies with you, demonstrating how you can put your own rhythm to practice to see which works best for you.

Proverbs 3:5-6 YES, in ALL my ways I needed (and still need to ) to acknowledge God before and during all of my decisions. In this way God opened doors that I thought would never again be open, after a few broken hearts (including a divorce and living as a single mom for 9 years), it was tough to see another man coming into my life. It would have to be not just any man, but the man that God ordained for me to be with for the rest of my life. A man who would love my boys (not just accept them) and a man who would love God first and foremost even above me. God surpassed any and all of my hopes and expectations! Putting 1 Corinthians 13 to practice is not easy. The way God loves is pretty much defined 1 Corinthians 13 and He wants ALL of us to do the same. So I came up with a simple way break it down into a weekly practice by focusing on only a few qualities at a time. You can also break it down even further by focusing on one quality per week. Either way-you don't need to feel overwhelmed by this challenging yet AMAZING scripture. We can do this again and again and we'll see the growth in our relationships. I pray this Spirit Filled Saturday episode encourages your whole month and helps your LOVE mindset grow and become more like the mind of God. #SpiritFilledSaturday
